Can we be real? What do you do on the days/weeks you just want to quit?

Love real - I think of all the team members I have and employ.  Their livelihoods depend on me.  So I fix issues quick, celebrate wins and try to communicate. And some days are just hard period.  I will wait until the pain moves on. :)
