I think of this often! When we had our first million dollar year, I fell into a depression and felt extremely uninspired. I really had to dig into the purpose of the company in order to keep going and growing. For my understanding less than 2% of Cleaning companies ever hit 1 million in revenue, and we are projected to do $1.65M this year!

That’s a powerful story because it shows that success isn’t always just about reaching the next financial milestone. A lot of people focus on the number, but they don’t talk about the emotional side of growth and the pressure that can come after achieving a major goal. Congratulations on building a company that has reached a level most businesses never do. I think the biggest lesson is that once you reach a certain point, the purpose behind the business becomes just as important as the revenue. Having a clear mission, a strong team, and a reason bigger than just the numbers is what keeps you motivated to continue growing. Wishing you continued success on reaching that $1.65M goal — that’s an incredible accomplishment! ❤️
