My Oura ring asked me today to do a questionnarie on my menopause insights. So many great questions but one stopped me and made me think.

Making decisions or solving problems feels harder than before?

My first instinct was: Nah, it doesn't. I feel like I relaxed a lot more for my age. But, if I am being very sincere - it does.

Fellow "seasoning women business owners" - what is your trick to get through some of the turbulences of menopause so you can be present and be your best self?

Right here! 🙋🏽‍♀️Running a business while dealing with all the things that come with being a woman can definitely be challenging. Some days you're handling clients, emails, deadlines, family responsibilities, and still trying to show up at your best when you're not feeling your best.I've learned to give myself grace on those tougher days. Not every day has to be a 100% productivity day. Sometimes success looks like completing the most important tasks, taking care of yourself, and showing up again tomorrow.To all the women entrepreneurs out there—you are stronger than you think, and you're doing better than you give yourself credit for. 💜

&nbsp;Admit I cannot do everything. Speak up when I'm over my head and top being afraid of the repercussions of saying I need help. I realize my husband is so chill that I almost feel silly not telling him my needs sooner. I'm recently married by the way. Prior relationships made me hesitant to speak up on my superwoman (not) struggle.&nbsp;&nbsp;
