As a one-person operation, my goal is to break through the manual "ceiling" I’m hitting. If I win, I’m focused on efficiency and scale: Upgrading to high-efficiency, commercial-grade gear to increase my daily output without sacrificing quality. Further automating my scheduling and CRM processes to reclaim time for business development. I'll be using Jobber software and that will do wonders for a business. Using that extra capacity to confidently expand my reach in the Garrett area. It’s all about building a foundation that lets me handle more volume without burning out as a solo owner. Hiring a few employees will also be a main use of the grant. The grant would be a complete game changer for my business. I WISH EVERYONE HERE GOOD LUCK!!! Im sure it will seriously change every recipient life one way or another.
