What is your plan for the Jobber Grant?
I am sure we all have applied for the grant from Jobber by now. I would love to hear how you plan to utilize that money to grow you business!

the biggest need in our company is for me as the CEO to not wear all the hats in regards to the only one being the one that has the answer or has to make the decision. i don't have an office manager/ book keeper and i have to do it all myself. the grant money would be used to fund that position for the first year while things get "cleaned" up so this company can be more effective and i can use my skills for marketing and sales and managing the guys to actually grow the company instead of constantly trying to figure out which fire to put out next
