What is your plan for the Jobber Grant?

I would use the grant to rebuild my motor ans transmission on my w900 semi as it just rolled 800,000 miles as a logging truck 

The next step in my journey would be to develop the spaces. I have by utilizing the community around the neighborhood,. There are many open projects at my facility that need to happen, but they must happen with community involvement. For example, there  is a concrete driveway that has to be poured and instead of hiring someone to do it it is my mission to get community elbow grease to work along side of me because what I’m offering is the training of how to do it properly.concrete driveway. purpose of my experience is to develop discipline, and character. The method of transference   will be through very hard work, very high standards and laughter and learning . It is my mission to create a space where these values can be planted and harvested.

I would use the Grant for a few different things. SEO, advertising, ordering more inventory and upgrade to a much needed truck, possibly look at hiring sooner than expected ☺️ My children and I built this business to help our community, and having extra money would help us grow faster and serve more customers 

I would do the same as you! I would be able to buy better equipment and save up for hiring my first employee. I’m in the same position where I would be able to pay them for the training time and let them learn with me on the job site longer. 

With my grant, I will acquire a cargo van and equipment to start my medical courier business. I would ensure I have to proper commercial insurance and set up for my success. I would ensure to pave a path for expansion, thus creating job opportunities, and eventually, generational wealth.

I’ve applied for a grant.  How does the process work?! 

It would be super beneficial to me, I own a lawncare business in souther Minnesota, and it would help me grow tremendously, whether I use it on new equipment to expand services, or if I put it to good use in my community!

I would use my Jobber grant to hire key employees. I started this business out of necessity with just a truck and some tools, I started working. Now, I’ve grown—I have an added van, both vehicles are properly signed, I’ve got a shop, and much more tools! I get calls every day. But I’ve reached a point where I can only do so much alone, and even less when I’m constantly answering calls. It’s time to step off the tools and put people in place to handle the work. I’m excited to provide jobs to others who need them, just like I once did. I’d also use the grant to repair the truck that got me started—it needs a new motor, and that’s a $5,000 fix. This grant would help me move from scraping by alone to building something stable—for my family and for others

I would be my own boss. I would put it all into the business 

I plan to use the funding for equipment for the members of the program so that they have what they need for the jobs.
