When is it time to hire an accountant?

I am wondering at what point some of you guys have hired an accountant? Did you hire one to grow? To maintain what you have? Or are you simply using one to file taxes at the end of the year?

I am thinking about hiring an accountant to manage my finances for me and see where things go, but wondering when is the right time.

  • We have a bookkeeper and an accountant. It makes things so much smoother when it comes to tax season.

  • A&A Trades and Acquisitions, LLC recognizes that effective financial management is critical to both sustaining and scaling the business. As operations involve multiple assets, revenue streams, and ongoing transactions, relying solely on year-end tax preparation is not sufficient. The company utilizes structured bookkeeping systems, such as QuickBooks, to maintain accurate monthly financial records and ensure clear visibility into profitability. In addition, the business engages in ongoing tax planning to reduce liability and remain compliant with all applicable regulations. Beyond compliance, accounting support is used strategically to guide financial decisions, manage expenses, and support long-term growth. This approach ensures that A&A Trades and Acquisitions, LLC operates with financial clarity, maintains efficiency, and positions itself for continued expansion.
