Hey Lucas! Thanks for the question, it’s awesome to hear you’ve been using Jobber for your business for the last 2 years!
When creating the Job, if it is a One-Off Job, it will have a check box for “Remind me to invoice when I close the job” for Recurring Jobs, you will see a drop-down that says “When do you want to invoice?” please select “As needed - no reminders” For Jobs that are already created, click the “Edit” button.
If you do not want to go back and edit the jobs, but just want to clear up the calendar, you can use filters to hide “Reminders” please note, this will hide any quote reminders if you have them!
