Do jobs ever go missing from the calendar?

Hey guys, every few days we find out a job went completely missing in the calendar after completing it. The client messages us saying that they didn't get their invoice so we look into it and the job went missing.. the weird part is the timesheets show the employees clock in time but the job is missing from the calendar.

Has anyone else experienced this?

This same thing has been happening to us lately. The visit and any initial "instructions" completely disappear, which is concerning because often there is very important information in those instructions. It still shows the tech's clocked time for that visit, but the visit is gone. I did reach out to jobber about this, and they said the only way this would happen would be if someone deleted the job, which in our case, was definitely not the case. Another reason this is very concerning is because we don't invoice through jobber, as we have sync issue after sync issue, therefore we go of the scheduled jobs on the calendar. Now that jobs are disappearing, we risk those visits not getting invoiced. They do not appear on a report either. It would be amazing if the jobber team could resolve this issue.

Hey Justin, thank you for your question! It’s certainly not expected for visits to disappear from the calendar without being deleted, so please get in touch with our Success Team as we’d like to investigate. It is possible that someone on your team could be accidentally removing these visits, but we can look into it further. You can reach out to us by calling 888-721-1115 ext 1, or start a live chat.

I haven't experienced this but it may have something to do with the job being closed without being prompted to send an invoice (which is set up when the job is scheduled)??  Definitely reach out to the folks at Jobber so they can dive deeper into what is going on - especially if there is a bug causing the issue for you (and perhaps others)! Keep me posted how this goes!!
