I’ve been painting for over 10 years. For a new painting business, the best lead gen I’ve found is still knocking on doors in older neighborhoods. People respect someone who shows up and talks to them.

The Nextdoor app is also really good, and building relationships with a few realtors has brought me a lot of work too.
