Do handwritten thank you notes still make a difference?

I have custom made Thank You cards printed through Canva and the customers adore them! I have my logo on there and I fill it out thanking them again on the inside. If I were my own customer, I would truly appreciate receiving something additional to the work done for me. The little extras and gestures go a long way for long term clients to keep coming back every year. At least, that’s what I have found for myself.
