And look... I’m not a fan of the whole “just ask your competitor” approach.
Stop copying other people’s prices.
Their numbers aren’t your numbers.
Their overhead, tools, trucks, goals — they’re different
If you don’t know how their price is broken down, you’re just guessing.
The real way to compete?
Know your numbers. Stay profitable.
If you’re profitable, you can grow on your own terms without burning out.
