The way I see it, this is a pathway to success. I am looking to do the exact same thing by building a local contractor network who I can send leads to and have them trust me when they send me a lead. I work in pest control, and I am in and out of people's homes all day. I see plumbing issues, HVAC problems, roofing problems, etc. sometimes that are leading to pest issues but also it comes up in conversation.
