I would love to get into social media but the main thing holding me back from actually doing it is, I own a pest control company and we usually see some sensitive material. I don't think the restaurant down the street would want me to be filming the food they leave on the floor, or the unsanitary conditions, or the cockroaches climbing on their plates... Some restaurants would probably allow to promote their cleanliness but that wouldn't make for good content! There are some promotional videos I have thought about posting but how many of those could you do and stay relevant?
I am also not a big fan of social media personally and don't really care for it. In the home service industry nothing you can do online will make up for poor service. I would rather spend my time and money perfecting my trade and becoming better at what I offer my customers.

PestFreeCanada - totally understand. Our content never reveals the client and it is close up. I hear you on social media. In my experience it plays into our online presence more and it really effects our sales. We get leads :)
