We just took our first stab at direct mailers, we send them out this Monday 4/7 and will let you know how it goes!
We've done Yelp, PPC on google, LSA and Facebook up to now.

Marketing Methods We Use:
SEO: We invest in search engine optimization for long-term organic lead generation.
Content Creation: We hire a videographer to consistently produce high-quality content across all social media platforms.
Google LSA: Google Local Services Ads have been a strong lead source for us.
Industry Associations: We join and stay active in associations aligned with our target commercial clients, such as property and facility managers.
Text, Email & Voicemail Campaigns: We run strategic campaigns and always include a strong follow-up sequence to maximize conversions.
Local Community Engagement: We support local causes strategically and stay active in neighborhood Facebook groups to build trust and visibility.
Yard Signs: Simple, cost-effective, and highly visible, we deploy them consistently on all jobs. - MFFLContributor 2
If you're under $1mil in annual revenue, the only thing that really matters is ad spend. Your ad copy needs to be decent (not even great) and you'll do plenty well.
For reference: I started spending just 10/day on facebook's automated ads, targeted to my specific area. I fed it five photos, three of work I've done, one of my sign on my trailer, and one of my logo, each one is it's own automated ad. I've gotten fifteen leads in two weeks and converted 9 of them.
I'm very serious when I say your facebook business page is a machine that turns $10 bills into $100 bills.- HwbdeliveryContributor 3
Man, that’s powerful info thanks for sharing that! I’ve been thinking about running some Facebook ads but wasn’t sure where to start. Hearing your results off just $10/day is real motivation. I’m about to get on it and start testing some ads myself. Appreciate the game!”

Right now I focus a lot on word of mouth, social media marketing, and building relationships with local customers and businesses. I also post in local Facebook groups and stay active on Google My Business to help people find my services online. I’m still learning and looking for new ways to market and grow, especially with online advertising.”

We utilize our Google Ads and let them help bring our company to the top of the search results. We'll also do Facebook Ads every so often. We just signed up with a Realtor group to be included in their hard copy folders they hand out to all of their clients. We're trying it for a year to see how it goes. We've also reached out to other realtors to get on their "services" lists. We're a tree/arborist company so that helps a lot in our area. We have our vehicles marked with our name and number and magnets on our equipment that have QRs codes to take you to our website.
