Have you implemented a referral system? I’m looking into the best approach and would appreciate any insights you might have. We're considering either a fixed price or a percentage-based reward.
We run a tree care business, and since our service values can be quite high, we want to ensure we’re maximizing the value of this initiative. We’re open to offering a 5% referral incentive, particularly for referrals from our existing customers, but I’d love to know how you’ve structured your program and what works best for you.

We offer $50.00 off the customers next project and $50.00 for friends & family, too. We utilize Jotform and connect it to Jobber via Zapier in order to create a unique referral code which we use to track everything.
