We like the Referral Program but have one major issue: credits aren’t automatically applied to recurring clients. We have to apply them manually each time. We've given feedback to Jobber and hope they address this. If anyone else has noticed this, please reach out to Jobber; the more voices, the better chance of a solution.
Hey Enovana! Thanks for the question. The Referral Marketing Add-on is intended to automatically apply a credit to the client’s next invoice.
If you are hoping for the referral credit to be applied to all recurring invoices, we don’t currently have a feature like that, but I will certainly submit this feedback to our Product Team!
Jade, I manually marked a few Referrals and associated the referring client. Is the expected behavior only to see the credit when client A sends the referral link to client B?
I would think that just having the credit apply towards the clients overall account would be best. I have some that will start accuring credits but will want to spread them out over their repeat services. Just a thought.
