I think you may have to manually put in follow up tasks each time a quote is sent. There is an automated email that gets sent to the customer if the quote is opened and not accepted, but I have yet to mess around with that. It actually paid off a few times sending follow ups for me! I believe that is in the settings under the "quotes" section. Maybe mess around in there and there is some different settings you can adjust to follow up on a set schedule.
