  • I forgot about this but I also have a 6 month and 1 year auto email just checking in with clients

      That sounds like such a great idea! What do you say?  I struggle with wording something nice and not too cheesy

        Mine is pretty informal.

        Just a "Hey checking in, it's been 6 months since we've been there. You do have a one year warranty so if something needs fixed up let us know or if you have some new work you would like us to complete then that's great too."

  • We have a welcome email go out when we add new clients to jobber. It's basically onboarding the client to our systems and the company. 

    We have a handoff production email that goes out when a quote is approved. This email puts my production co-ordinator and the client in an email together.

    We have a pretty extensive Mailchimp process built out for our follow ups.  Adding the Mailchimp integration has allowed us to put video thumbnails into our follow up emails.

      Super interesting. Seems like a lot of people use the mailchimp integration. Can I ask what is in the videos you send ?

        We send a series of videos when the client is still in the awaiting response phase.  One in which includes a video testimonial from a client.  We are about to implement a "get to know your sales rep" campaign where we use tags to trigger videos of the sales reps speaking about the company.
