so interesting, ive been thinking of wiring up a simple SOP organizer for home service businesses since a lot them are currently using pen and paper, or worse, nothing at all, has using an interface like what you built actually been useful? have VAs been quick to adopt or do they still always resort to texting or calling you for help?
