We think this is a fantastic idea, as well! I've played around with an email in the Automations area that rewrites the invoice follow-up emails and texts for after a visit, but there doesn't seem to be a good way to see the reporting or success of the "campaign". Also, the only 2 triggers there are Quotes and Invoices so neither really works for a booking that doesn't need a quote.
We would like to see the Marketing area improve so we could use templates the way Jessica explains.... Very helpful!
