We finally started Jobber and got our system working great over the past few months. Now we are putting more of our focus on marketing. Learning to reflect and see where your holes are in business is so important, and humbling. As we all plan to grow and scale our business just remember, it's easier to fix holes in a smaller business than it is in a large business. Vision and goals are so important. As they say, "if you aim at nothing, you'll hit it every time". Not the greatest strategy if you plan on going anywhere. Lol
