Right now, I’m focused on building my network, locking in solid partnerships, and building out my team.
Because the more solid people I have in place, the less I burn out and the more the business we can handle without me doing everything.
Here’s what I’ve learned:
You grow by putting the right people in place. And I personally found out that im not the best at many things, so Im working on developing people who are.
What I’m working on right now:
Partnerships/ Networking
SOPs for efficiency focussed, not operations focussed
Systems that help hold the team accountable - and create a filtering in/out process
It's the beginning of Q3 and I became so much more productive by cutting off the fat and weight where needed.
