Hey thanks for reaching out! So the categories look great and I see that you are responding to all of the reviews. Great job! I would fill out the services section as much as possible and listing everything that you offer. Keep those photos coming. Before the job, during, and after. Also take advantage of the posting feature by including photos, videos, specials, or anything else that you feel your customers would like to see and know about.

If you need any additional marketing help or design help from Contractor Rhino, don’t hesitate to reach out.

      Thanks! - David

Hey thanks for reaching out. Great job on the reviews and leaving quick responses. That’s what we like to see. The categories look great. Yours is a bit tricky since it involves repairs and restorations across multiple industries. I see on your website you do automotive as well. This is a very cool and unique business. Be sure to fill out the services sections with as much detail as you can. The photos are great. I would continue to keep them coming. Also take advantage of the posting section so people can see what you’re doing when you do it. Customers love seeing how it happens along with the before and after.

If you need any additional help from Contractor Rhino for marketing or design, reach out!

      Thanks! - David

Hey thanks for reaching out and my pleasure. I hope you enjoyed it! Your google business categories look great. It doesn’t look like you have the services section filled out, so I would go in there and add each service with details.

Great job on the 5.0 reviews. That’s what we like! You’re also doing a great job responding to those reviews. Great job! The photos are great too and I see you keep up with adding new ones. That’s a great habit to have. Also take advantage of the posting section. Post videos and photos to keep people engaged and keep you in the algorithm. The more you post, the better. If you can keep a consistent schedule, consistency is key.

If you need anything else from Contractor Rhino including design or marketing, feel free to reach out.

Thanks for reaching out! I love the use of the categories you chose and great job on the 5.0 reviews! That’s what we want to see! Keep them coming! Great job on keeping up with the review comments. Also love that they’re leaving thorough reviews. We like to see that because Google chooses the keywords from the comments. The photos are lovely and show the great work that you do. I would recommend taking advantage of the posting section in the Google Profile. The drone shots are fantastic. It looks like it’s been almost a year since you took any photos but I would keep this up! Keep posting more photos!

I took a peek at your website and it looks great. The H1 has what you do, along with the area you serve. That’s something we like to see. One thing I noticed on mobile is the map where they put their address in, it’s not responsive so it’s not shrinking down on mobile.

If you load the mobile site on your phone, you can see the website scrolls from left to right. That map I believe is causing that. Also the performance is pretty low based on running tests. If you look at https://pagespeed.web.dev/ and fill out your website, this is a great indicator in how your website on desktop and mobile are performing.

If you need any additional help from Contractor Rhino with SEO, design, or anything else, feel free to reach out! Keep the great work!

Hey thanks for reaching out. The categories are solid and I like that you’re taking advantage of the categories section. I also like that you are responding to the reviews regularly. Only thing I would say about the reviews is instead of having them leave reviews on their own, also mention if they could leave details in the review. Those details = keywords = you come up for more things. Example β€œWe have used them repeatedly and they always do excellent work!!” While this is great, a better review might say β€œwe’ve used them repeatedly for landscaping around our patio and pool deck area. They are always on time, fast, and efficient.” This way it provides specifics "keywords" and also quality of work.

The photo quality is fantastic. Some of the best I've seen. It looks like 2019 or so was the last time I see on there. You should try to keep that up. If you can do before and after, even better!

Also consider posting during jobs, specials, or anything else you think your potential customers would like. If you need any additional help from Contractor Rhino regarding your website, rankings, or anything else, feel free to reach out.

      Thank you, David!

Hey thanks for reaching out! You have a primary keyword and secondary keywords that are fitting. I love that you keep up with commenting on reviews. Have you thought about posting more? I would take advantage of that feature there. You can post jobs, before/after, you can post deals, and I would consider  regularly posting on there. Also fill out the services offered section too. It doesn’t look like you have those filled out.

Overall β€” just a few tweaks could really enhance the user experience and drive more leads. Let me know if you need any help from Contractor Rhino! Keep up the great work!

      Thanks, David!

Hey thanks for reaching out. I would first recommend adding more Google profile categories. You have the main one as an HVAC contractor but there are more secondary categories to choose from. I’d recommend filling them up. Great job on the 5.0, that’s what we like to see. Honestly I think you’re good with the Google Profile overall. Just keep adding them photos especially during the jobs. People like seeing other people. It builds trust.

I also took a quick look at your website. The website overall looks great. That said, there are a few areas where I think you could make some small but impactful improvements to really take things to the next level. For starters, speeding up the site a bit β€” especially on mobile β€” I see the performance is better on the desktop than mobile. One thing that could help is making sure images are less than 100kb in file sizes. You want them to be small in size but not pixelated. You gotta find that fine line. That will increase page speed.

I’d also recommend going more detailed on service area pages. I didn’t see any listed on the website. Also include the main area you service in the H1 of the home page. But great job! If you need any help, feel free to reach out!

      Thank you, David!

Based on available information, here are several ways to enhance The GO Company's Google Business Profile (GBP) to improve visibility, attract more customers, and strengthen your local SEO presence. Consider legally changing your business name to be more descriptive to help with your online presence. Google does look at the name of your business, but right now, the GO Company is not a descriptive representation of your business. I noticed on the website you mentioned serving the Midland, TX area. However Google is picking up that the profile is listed in Crane, TX. You have one other competitor Bradley Plumbing that has 2 reviews and 5.0 star rating in that area who has a physical address showing and they are ranking ahead of you. See my screenshot.

You might want to consider getting a small business location to increase your visibility in Google Maps. You also want the main heading H1 tag on your website to match your location. Example: Plumbing Contractor Midland, TX or Plumbing Contractor Crane, TX. You also want to match that in the meta description as well example: The GO Company is a trusted plumbing service provider in Midland, TX, offering expert solutions for residential and commercial clients.

Your GBP Categories look good, post consistently on GBP and add at least 1 image per week. To match up with your profile consider looking into the following things on your website.

The information listed on the website is good. I don't understand the process. If the process is having people call you - Add a call button in the header of the website. If the goal is to get appointments that lead to a 1 on 1 consultation with the customer - create a calendar link for them.

Fill out the Missing title tags and meta descriptions. Add a phone number that's seen right away. Add a calendar button for them to book an appointment if they need to.
