Hey, thanks for reaching out and you're very welcome. I looked at both locations and my recommendations would apply to both listings. You guys are doing a great job! The categories are good. Keep commenting on all of the reviews and if you miss any, itβs always good to go back and comment on those ones too. Also take photos as often as you can. You can also use the posting feature on GBP that allows you to show videos, photos, or events that youβre a part of. I canβt stress the photos and posting frequently enough! All you need is your phone during a job and itβs gonna go a long way!
If you need any additional help from Contractor Rhino, feel free to reach out!

Hey, thanks for reaching out. The profile looks good! Great job keeping up with the comments, thatβs the best practice. I think your categories are on point. Also great job on the photos. There are so many to look at! I didnβt see any recent ones so be sure to keep those coming on the new jobs too.
Also be sure to use the posting feature on GBP that allows you to showcase your fantastic work regularly with videos and photos.

Hey, thanks for reaching out. Great job keeping up with the comments, thatβs the best practice. It looks like you guys are a newer company or at least newer to GBP. If youβre not newer, I would recommend going back to old customers and ask them to leave a review. Stack them up high!
However If you are a newer company, you are doing a great job starting out! Keep the photos coming too! Showcase the fantastic work you guys are doing.
The categories look good too! Consider using the posting feature and come up with ideas for posts. It could be how you guys do your work. Steps to making things work in homes, what itβs like Inside your shop, tools you use, etc. The possibilities are endless but people love to see before, during, and after. All of that is content people would love to see. Myself included!

Hello,
Thanks so much for the kind words! We are glad you were able to join in! I have reviewed your profile. Most of your photos are 7 years old. Consider updating your photos weekly. You have also been doing a great job responding to reviews! Keep going. You want to add at least 1 GBP post each week.
Your categories you have listed are perfect! In the main h1 heading on your website home page and in your Title Tag you you want mention Artificial Grass Solutions then you want to mention Loganville, GA. I know your trying to hit the bigger areas but your other website pages should focus in on those areas. You also want to add in products and a service section for your profile.
If you need any additional help feel free to let us know!

Hello,
Thanks for dropping in your profile link. Here are a few suggestions.
You should rewrite your Google Business Description and put:

We specialize in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and tankless water heaters. We proudly offer top-quality equipment from leading brands such as Lennox, Mitsubishi Electric, Moovair, and Navien. Whether you're upgrading your system or need emergency repairs, our team is available 24/7 to ensure your comfort year-round.
As a fully licensed and insured mechanical company we adhere to the highest industry standards. Contact us today for a free estimate and experience the Walchuk difference.
Then you want to add in HVAC Contractor as your primary category on GBP and put Contractor as Secondary. Then consider these categories:
Air Conditioning Contractor, Heating Contractor, Air Conditioning Repair Service, Furnace Repair Service, Mechanical Contractor.
Then you want to change the H1 heading on your home page to HVAC Contractor in Whitby. Next make 1 GBP post per week, add in more photos, keep responding to reviews in a timely manner.
Great job setting the foundation for your business! If you need any additional help feel free to let us know!

Hello,
Thanks for dropping your profile link! Good job and establishing your profile and website. For your profile I would add more photos 1 per week, and regularly post on your profile. Add in products & service section to the profile. To match the profile on your website home page say that you are a Christmas Lighting Company in wherever your home base is at. Then you want to add in a canonical link to your home page: it's currently missing. Then you want to sprinkle in some more location based content on your home page to support your GBP account.

Hello,
Thanks for submitting your business. You would do well, to get a website to add to your google business profile, and add more photos to the profile, along with posting regularly. You also want to consider adding secondary categories like Contractor, Remodeler. Keep getting reviews and responding regularly. You also want to add in products and services to your GBP as well. Fill those sections out as much as possible! Overall nice start, keeping adding in things regularly. If you need any additional assistance let me know!

Hey, thanks for reaching out! The categories look great! But you have to get some more reviews. Make a list of all the customers you've done work for, reach out and ask for the review. Also be sure to comment even on older reviews.
Next, I'd recommend that you take some more photos of recent jobs. My rule of thumb is whenever you're going to start a job, take photos during the process. if it's a before and after, take photos. If it's a before, during, and after, take photos. If it's a during and after, take photos. Videos too! So you can use the posting feature on GBP. It allows you to consistently show potential customers what you're working on.

Hey, thanks for reaching out! I see your landscape category. Just an FYI they have a landscape designer category too if you feel that fits. It's always best to put the categories that fit your business and I recommend using the secondary categories. Great job on the 5.0 review! Keep that up! Just make sure you back over all of your reviews and leave a comment for all of them. Make it personable, positive, and show your appreciation for their comment and trusting in you with your services.
It looks like it's been about a year since you posted new photos. Be sure to keep posting your new work and jobs on there. We love to see the work. Also think about the posting feature on GBP too. It's great for sharing work, saying hello, and sharing projects. Video and photos make a world of difference. Just keep a good schedule and do it regularly. At least 1-2 times per week minimum.
If you need any help with marketing or design, feel free to reach out to Contractor Rhino and keep up the great work!
Thank you! - David
