Hey thanks for reaching out! i would recommend adding all the categories that make sense for your business. Adding photos of jobs, getting some more reviews, and commenting on the ones you have currently. It looks like you're a newer business if I had to guess. If you aren't, go back and get those reviews from past customers. If you are a newer business, just make sure you're consistent. Take photos on jobs showcasing before and after. You can actually post on GBP which is great to show you on a job or answering common questions. You can be as creative as you want with posts which is great!
Keep up the great work! If you need any help with marketing or design, feel free to reach out to Contractor Rhino!

Hey thanks for reaching out. Great job on the 4.9 score. Also great job on replying to them all. That goes a long way with customers. Under services be sure to fill out or choose all that apply. Faucet replacement, sink repair, etc. A lot of the suggestions will be given to you so just choose all that apply. It looks like it's been a bit since you posted photos. If you're on jobs everyday, take photos everyday. Potential customers love to see it and so do we!

Hey Nathan, Thanks for reaching out! First off, great job on the categories. If you notice there are other services you offer that isn't in the list, you can custom add them too. Great job on replying to all reviews. I see there was a low star one and you handled it well. We love to see that! Keep those photos coming. You are doing a great job.
The only thing I'm not seeing is a service area when I click on maps. There should be a highlighted area to show the areas you service. I would recommend doing that. I see that you don't have an address, which makes me think it's a home address and it's hidden. That's the way to do it without a storefront. However, be sure to put those locations under the service areas section under "location" on the back end. This will help you rank better for your area.
But overall, great job! If you need any marketing or design assistance from us, you can reach out to Contractor Rhino anytime. We're always here to help.
Thanks! - David

Hey Thanks for reaching out. I would focus on getting more reviews, taking more photos, and focus on using the posts features in GBP. You could create a lot of good content. Showcase some different grills in the process of cooking, film, and photograph it. You could even do a few of them a month, and that would give you enough content to post regularly. You could even post events, sales, and promotions to get customers engaged. Keep up the good work!

You're welcome! Thanks for reaching out. Great job on the 4.9 score. Also great job on replying to them all. That goes a long way with customers.
The photos and video looks great. Keep them coming and post as often as you can. If everyday, great. But at least a couple times a week. GBP allows you to post to share jobs, news, and promotions with potential customers. Definitely take advantage of it.
I looked at your website since you shared the url. I recommend you make your phone number clickable at the top. This allows users that come to your website to click the number on their phone. Also the font is hard to read because it's thin and also because the font colors are a bit hard to read against the dark background too. Both of those I would consider changing. Hope these recommendations help!

Hey Thanks for reaching out.
Also, It looks like it's been a bit since you posted photos. If you can, make it a habit to take photos on every job and post them. Since you're doing handy work, I would post some before and after photos. This way people can see the magic in what you do. I also would try to focus on reviews and get those up. The more the merrier! Also be sure to define the service areas where you do work. If you go into GBP and click on Location there is a service areas section. Fill that out with where you want to serve so it pulls when your profile comes up.
