How do I explain the value of my services without defending my prices?

The physical labor of scooping dog poop. Some of the price shoppers say they can find a teenager and pay them X amount. But our clients value the service because of our consistency, proactive communication, gate photos, a completion form at the end of each visit, and 30-60 on the way messages. A teenager may scoop, but they won't do all the systems we've implemented.
