How fast are you sending estimates right now?

How quickly do you respond when a lead requests a quote? What tools are you using to speed up the process?

In this episode of Masters of Home Service, ryaantuttle and WiringByron break down:

  • Why faster replies win you more jobs (and boost close rates by 30%)
  • How online booking and video calls help you quote without site visits
  • How quote templates, automation, and AI speed up estimates to minutes

  • I try to respond as fast as humanly possible, haha. If I can call them right away, I do. Sometimes it scares people how fast we are, but those are the people who end up booking.

I use a Zapier integration that sends an automated email right away saying someone will reach out within 24 hours. Then I follow up with a call (or a text to set up a call) and only after I've spoken to them on the phone, do I send a follow up email recaping our process, pricing, and listing availability.

This has seemed to work really well for us. Curious what others do!

I really like how intentional your process is! Pairing that quick automation with a personal follow-up, then a simple recap after the call just feels really solid. Speed clearly works in your favor! Thanks for sharing this.
