Is posting on Craigslist and OfferUp worth it for a new home service business?
Is it worth the time and effort to use these type of sites or will it bring in jobs that are cheap and nasty.

I consider Craiglist as another channel of digital media so as long as you have a way to filter through garbage with your intake process (qualifying questions, requiring deposits etc) then it's not a bad idea to post there. But with your line of work I think before/after pictures and videos of you doing the work could be more effective on other channels like Facebook/IG
Thank you. Ya ive never really been a computer guy until now. So I was curious if the jobs were more on the cheap can't afford to call a real company type thing or if it could be a good revenue source
