Blog on our website drives a ton of traffic for free, especially now that it's indexed by AI. Beyond that, Google Maps, Instagram, every vehicle is branded, lawn signs on every job, we give out branded shirts to friends and family to help brand recognition, we network far and wide. All this without paid ads.

Same here, blog on my website, posting on 3 different social media platforms, ran Meta ads for about 90 days, now using them as warm leads to strike up conversations through carefully crafted emails, created brochures and let my shoes hit the concrete talking to other related businesses and developing relationship that are mutually beneficial. My Meta ads did reach far more people, however our organic content is definitely gaining traction. Still trying things out to see which combination works best.

We haven't dabbled in Meta ads yet, interested in knowing the ROI over time!

  • I like good ole fashion leads:

    1. Referrals from happy customers
    2. Church and faith-based communities
    3. HOA and neighborhood associations
    4. Partnering with businesses (plumbers, electricians, landscapers, realtors, insurance agents)
    5. Property managers and landlords
    6. Realtors and home inspectors
    7. Building relationships with local nonprofits
  • We have three evergreen blogs in our site that tends to pull in leads. We also do outbound emails and calls which works well.
