  • Automating my follow-ups has been the best move I’ve made. If a lead doesn’t respond after filling out a form, they automatically get a series of texts so nothing slips through the cracks.

    I’ve also automated customer reminders — one the day before and one the morning of the job. It’s cut my flakey customers way down.
