Hello, I have a lot of experience in a lot of things, so I started a business. I have a couple questions though. How do you handle multiple jobs at a time on one property? Does anyone do payment plans and have advice on how to handle them? I know it's not common practice to do payments. I view payments as a gamble will they or won't they pay. Exciting right?
