Jobber Roadmap
I didn't find a topic that I thought fit to post this so I figured I would try here since I want some Insight. I came here from Housecall Pro. One of the things they had that I loved as a published website roadmap. That way we could see what type of items the Devs had planned and were working on. Not everything had a timeline on release but it at least let us know the devs heard us and would eventually implement it. That helped us know to stop asking for the same features over and over again. It also showed what had already been pushed out. So if you missed the publishing, you could still see the updates and feature releases there. They also had a form for you to submit ideas and then people could upvote it. That let others know if we were having the same problem to collaborate on work arounds and solutions while also letting the developers know what items were most wanted by the most people. We would have the ability to do most of that here easily with a simple Topic of "Feature Requests". I'm sure I'm preaching to the Choir here when I say we are too busy to call the success line every time we wish Jobber had a feature.Solved50Views0likes2CommentsCancellation report
So apparently there is no report to run that shows cancelled/unscheduled jobs in a given time period. Has anyone else asked for this feature? I just asked customer service to submit as a requested feature - hopefully, it's fast-tracked as I can't see how this isn't available. Has anyone found some way with zapier to track your canceled jobs and their values so you can track that metric?86Views1like5CommentsProjected revenue
I would like to look at my upcoming schedule (by day, by week, or a custom range), and see the projected revenue based on future visits. I own a lawn service/maintenance company, and we invoice our customers after every visit. For example, when I see tomorrow's schedule, I would like to see the total number of visits, the revenue associated with each visit, and the total revenue for the day. I have never found a report in Jobber for this. I'm surprised that it isn't on the dashboard. Does anyone else think similarly? Are there easy work-arounds?317Views3likes8CommentsMinimal support as were in Aus.
We are trying to get reports set up where we can see exactly how our 15 applicators are tracking. can we add the PO value without the applicator seeing it and 2,,, if 2 techs are on 1 Job all day how do we split the value so the report shows they have both made the same? Just wanted to share the Crew Insight app in the Jobber marketplace, an enhanced insights and reporting tool I've been working on built specifically for home service businesses using Jobber. Dive deeper into your client trends, sales performance, financial health, and team productivity — plus operational tools like goal and expense tracking, a full sales pipeline view, and new features being added regularly. If you've ever thought "I wish Jobber showed me ___", I'd love to hear it. I'm always looking for ideas on what to build next. Good day, Does anyone have a way to automate reports not available in the Report Scheduler? For example, I would love a report in my inbox each morning of the quotes approved or invoice payments from the day before for accuracy checks. Thanks in advance!Solved39Views3likes1CommentHow do you utilize reports in your business?
I am curious to hear which reports you consider most valuable in your business and what actions are taken based on those reports if anyone is willing to share. Are there reports that you use regularly in Jobber or reports that you wish were part of Jobber? If so how do you utilize the information that the reports provide? Are changes made based on the reports? Is the data used to create the reports monitored internally for consistency? Thanks for sharing all input is helpful!496Views5likes15CommentsVisits Report Bug
Hey Everyone! Has anyone noticed an issue with the Visits report showing incorrect pricing for recurring jobs? We have a cleaning biz, and schedule visits for the year for our recurring clients (example, biweekly, monthly, etc.). We use the Visits report for accounting, but I noticed that after a round of price increases, the Visits report displays the new, higher price for all visits in the past (even though they are completed and closed). I've contacted support, but they said it is working correctly. I also found at least one customer for which the price displays as a totally different price that we've never charged for all visits in 2024, but shows the actual current price we are charging for all of her 2025 visits. I'm trying to figure out how the Visit Based price field is pulled when running the Visits report, and if others rely heavily on this report as well. Please help!Solved80Views0likes1Comment
