Section for Vendors or Subs
Please help develop a functions to add 3rd party vendors/subs that may be used as needed or 1-time. The primary point would be contact and database of vendors with info and docs needed for our team to access if needed as well as would be nice for them to have scheduling, invoicing with pics and job tracking capabilities.
Syncing Calendars for other users
Hello I'm new here so apologies in advance if this has been asked already, although I have looked and can't see anything relating to it. I was wondering if there is a option where other users within my organisation can sync their jobber calendar but just showing the tasks / jobs that have been allocated to them? Before sharing the link with my team I tried it on a dummy account and I believe it shows all the jobbers, not just theirs. I'm finding that they are having to select each day to see what they have booked in, rather than it linked to their own calendar. Also, is there a little video I can forward onto the team showing them how to you jobber? Many thanks Jo
How To Get Non-Admin Employees to Receive Job Notifications in Jobber?
Only admins seem to receive two-way text messages and notifications (quote viewed, deposit received, changes requested, etc.), but I can't make all my employees admins. Has anyone found a workaround so non-admin team members get notified too? How is everyone else handling this?
