Hey thanks for reaching out! So the categories look great and I see that you are responding to all of the reviews. Great job! I would fill out the services section as much as possible and listing everything that you offer. Keep those photos coming. Before the job, during, and after. Also take advantage of the posting feature by including photos, videos, specials, or anything else that you feel your customers would like to see and know about.
If you need any additional marketing help or design help from Contractor Rhino, donβt hesitate to reach out.
Thanks! - David- KaitlynPCContributor 2
I would love to learn more about the Meta Tags, I have no idea what those are and how to utilize them. Just looking for more ways to get customers. We are currently on Facebook, tiktok, instagram and Yelp but we are starting to slow down.
Even if you have any ideas for facebook ads and marketing that would be great!

Hello and thanks for reaching out! First off, great job on the 5.0 rating. Thatβs fantastic. One thing I recommend is to make sure you comment on every review you get. Even if theyβre older. It shows youβre active, positive, and care about customers taking the time to leave you a review. The photos are fantastic. Keep filling up your profile with photos. Also donβt forget to use the posts feature. Fill that up with videos, promotions, specials, or anything else youβd like.
For your categories, be sure to take advantage of the secondary keywords that pertain to your business too. I recommend filling them up as best you can for the ones that fit your business. Also fill out the services section by providing a list of your services individually and fill them out as best you can.
If you need any additional marketing or design help in the future, reach out to Contractor Rhino at any time. Keep up the great work!
Thanks! - David

Hello! Youβre very welcome! Great job on responding to the reviews. Thatβs what we like to see! The categories look good but fill out as many as you think fit your business. If there are services you offer thatβs custom and not listed in theyβre list, put it on there.
I see youβre trying to upload new videos and photos which is great. Keep doing that as much as you can. Posts are another great way to keep up to date content happening on your profile. If youβre able to take photos and videos at every job before, during, and after, that would be the best.
If you need any help with marketing or design, feel free to reach out to Contractor Rhino. Weβre more than happy to help! Keep up the great work!
Thank you! - David

Hello and thanks for reaching out! First I'm looking at your categories and I see contractor. While that might be true, artificial turf installer doesn't come to mind when I first hear of a contractor. It's a very broad and wide term. So I would make contractor a secondary category. For an AstroTurf installer company, I would make a custom primary business category and put AstroTurf Installer, followed by secondary Artificial Turf Installer, and Synthetic Turf Installer. Adding a more general category like Landscaping Landscape Designer or Construction can also help expand visibility. But I would put those as secondary.
Great job on the reviews and the photos are great. Keep commenting on everyone that comes through. If you've done jobs and they haven't left a review yet, reach out and ask if they'd leave one. The more detail they put in the better for you. Take advantage of the posting feature too. You can create videos and photos to share daily or weekly.
I did take a peek at your website. I'd recommend creating some city/service area pages on your website also. Since you cover a big area, it'd be nice to tap into some local regions that put you on the map there.
If you need any additional marketing or design help, feel free to reach out to Contractor Rhino any time. Keep up the good work!
Thanks! - David

my google business profile has been suspended, i already tried to fix it. and I have sent a couple of inquires but nothing. how can i fix it?
The guidelines is about the images I had, but they were mine. It has been a year me trying to fix it. What do you recommend to do?
- ContractorRhinoContributor 4
I'm sorry to hear this. How many reviews did you have before it got suspended?
- readysetorgContributor 2
I'm so sorry you're experiencing this. I went through the same thing and could not get a hold of Google to help out. I ended up paying a service (Green Thumb Local) to help me reinstate my profile. Cost about $350 and they had it back in a week. Not sure how they did it but it was worth it to me in the end...

So the Feura Bush, New York location looks great.
The categories look great and the reviews look great. My only recommendation on the reviews would be to make sure you comment on all of them. Whether bad or good, always leave a courtesy comment. If someone isn't happy with the work, comment, reach out, and try to get them to either delete the review or try to make it right with them to encourage them to delete that review. I know it doesn't always work out with customers and sometimes it's not your fault, but you want to take the high road, do what you can, and try to show others that you're commenting positively by going the extra step.
Next, I would take more photos and take advantage of the posting feature. Take frequent videos and photos when you can to get people engaged.
The Schoharie County, New York location it looks like you're commenting more and this is probably the newer location of the two I'm guessing. Well done! My advice from the other one applies here too. Take some more photos, get active in posting, and getting potential customers engaged. You guys do beautiful work so take as many videos and photos as you can to showcase that as much as possible.
I took a look at your website and I would have one main city that you overall want to represent, and then create surrounding service area pages. I see you mention 13 counties. Create some content and pages based around those counties/cities. Get as much exposure to those other areas so you can rank even better for them.
Keep up the great work. If you need any additional help from Contractor Rhino whether with marketing or design, feel free to reach out.

Thanks so much for submitting your profile! I will add more photos to the profile and publish 1 post/update per week. Try to aim for 1 review per week for your profile. If you have a physical office location consider unhiding your address at some point. Fill out your service section fully with descriptions. On the home page of your website your main H1 heading is listed as CONTACT US TODAY. You want to change that to Plumbing Contractor in St. Catharines. Then you can target the additional areas you service on other pages. You also want to fill out the areas you serve section on your GBP profile to have at least 10-20 locations that you service.
Keep up the great work! If you need any additional help feel free to reach out!

Thanks for submitting your profile! Ok, so I see that you have 7 photos on your GBP account. Consider adding more photos each week. You also want to make 1 Google post per week and respond to some of the reviews. You did a good job responding to some. You want to embed your Google Map to the bottom of your website home page. Also in your title tag you have MOULD instead of Mold. So you want to fix that as soon as possible.
You also want to build out your services and products section on your GBP account. Keep up the hard work! If you need any additional assistance feel free to let us know!

Thank you, David!! :)

Thanks for submitting your profile! So you want to continue to get at least 1 review per week. Add at least 1-2 photos per week. Then you want to build out your services and products section on your GBP account. Next you want to make some tweaks to the website. The home page is missing an optimized H1 tag, so you want to fix that. Currently, at the Top of the page, you mention "Welcome to Cornerstone Mold" Instead it should say Mold Remediation Services in Greensville, SC, or Charleston, SC.
Lastly, you want to embed the Google Maps at the bottom of your home page. Keep up the hard work! If you need any additional assistance feel free to us know!

Hi David!! Great session this morning. Thank you. Here is our Google Business profile if you have a moment to check it out. We are working hard to get reviews after each visit we complete:
- ContractorRhinoContributor 4
Thanks for joining the session! We appreciate it. Great job adding those photos to the profile, I see you have been working hard! Keep getting reviews, and do at least 1 GBP post per week, along with building out your services and products section on your account. I looked at the website and it's only 4 pages and the design could use a refresh. You want to consider redoing the website adding more photos to match your brand, and establishing an SEO foundation each month. Remember you want to have a service page for each service you offer.
Keep up the hard work! If you need any additional assistance feel free to let us know!
