Hi, thanks for reaching out! Great job on responding to the reviews. Thatβs what we like to see! I think you could benefit from filling out more categories and services offered. If you clean carpets, windows, upholstery, etc. These are all categories you could add as secondary categories to your profile. They should be showing you recommended categories when you go in to edit the profile.
Also I would definitely start adding photos of jobs you're doing too. Before and after photos go a long way! If you need any help with marketing or design, feel free to reach out to Contractor Rhino. Weβre more than happy to help!
Thank you! - David

Beautiful Day Cleaning Co - Exterior Cleaning Services in Tacoma, Washington
Would love some feedback on our profile! Thank you :)

Great job getting those reviews! Keep aiming to get 1 review per week. You also want to post at least 1 time per week on Google. Fill out your services section on your GBP profile, and fill out your product section as well. You uploaded some photos recently great job! Keep it up, do at least 1-2 per week.
Your website is missing SEO which is hurting your profile. Consider refreshing the website and adding in more pages for each service you offer. You also want to mention in your title and H1 heading that your a Window Cleaning Company in Tacoma, WA. Currently, your website pages are not optimized.
Keep going & make those improvements! If you need any additional help feel free to let us know!

Iβd like a GBP review! https://maps.app.goo.gl/1LFLQFJ9xN8mKSg88?g_st=com.google.maps.preview.copy

Great job getting your profile going! Here are some adjustments you can make. Add at least 1 photo per week, fill out your product and services section on your GBP account. Keep getting more reviews and have the customers leave more descriptive reviews. You also want to look into getting some SEO going for your website, right now you are missing a Canonical link on your home, which let's google know that the home page is important. Then you want to adjust the title and H1 heading on your website to include your main location Colony, OK.
Then you can target other areas you service on additional website pages. Also your home page content is coming in at 355 words. That's a bit low for Google. You want to consider having at least 750 - 850 words on your home page.
Try to make these changes and you will be headed in the right direction. If you need any additional assistance feel free to let us know!

Hey there, thanks for getting in touch! Great job on the 5.0 reviews but make sure you are replying to all reviews. We love to see that kind of engagement! Keep the reviews coming in!
One suggestion: try adding more categories and services to your profile. If you offer carpet cleaning, window cleaning, upholstery work, and similar services, those can all be listed as secondary categories. Youβll see some suggestions when you go in to edit your profile.
Also, itβs a great idea to start uploading new photos from your projects. I see it's been a minute since you did that. Before and after shots can make a huge impact! Also take advantage of the posting feature in Google Business too. Post 1 to 2 times per week at a minimum. And if you ever need help with marketing or design, feel free to connect with Contractor Rhino. Weβd be glad to assist!
Appreciate your time! Thanks! β David

Hey there, thanks for reaching out! I see you're staying active on your profile! Youβre doing a great job responding to reviewsβlove to see that kind of consistency. Keep those reviews coming!
One quick tip: try expanding your categories a bit. Instead of just listing βLandscaper,β consider adding more specific services you offer, like βLandscape Design,β or anything else that fits your business. These secondary categories can really help you show up in more searches.
Also, donβt forget to keep adding new photos because recent work makes a big impression. And definitely make use of the posting feature on your Google Business Profile. Aim for at least 1-2 posts a week to stay active and visible.
If you ever need support with marketing or design, Contractor Rhino is always here to help!
Thanks again! β David

Thanks!- ContractorRhinoContributor 5
Hi Lynn,
Thanks for sending over your profile link! So here are some adjustments you can make. Add at least 1 photo per week, I'm seeing that most of the photos are 3 years old. Publish 1 Google Post per week. Try to aim for 1 review per week. Make some adjustments to the website. The main navigation seems to disappear when I scroll down the page. Fill out your service and product section on Google.
You also want to make the H1 heading on your home page more targeted. You mention the Bay Area, but you want to break down the Bay Area and target those areas across your website. You also want to embed your Google Maps location at the bottom of the home page.
These changes will help! If you need any additional assistance feel free to let us know!

https://g.co/kgs/DQ9HE1P Dynamize Electric. As well our old address is still on bing and mapquest i have been requesting for year that this change with no results, any suggestions
- ContractorRhinoContributor 5
Hey thanks for reaching out! So your categories look great. I see you respond to all of your reviews which is great. My only suggestion would be uploading newer photos and make that a habit. You could even take advantage of the posting feature to share your work, promotions, or anything else you'd like. Other than that, great job! keep them reviews coming in!
As for your other issues, I just ran a directory listing search and I see your Elizabeth address is showing on the directory listing for Bing but the Foxwood address for the maps. Here are some things I would try to speed things up.For Bing, it's recommended to create a new listing with your current address rather than updating the existing one. This approach helps prevent conflicts from third-party data sources that might override your changes. After setting up the new listing, mark the old one as "closed" to indicate the move. To do this, sign in to your Bing Places for Business account, add the new listing, and then update the old listing's status accordingly. If the outdated address still appears in search results, use the "Feedback" link at the bottom of the Bing search results page to report the issue.
Regarding MapQuest, you can report an incorrect address by submitting a help request through their Help Center. (My guess is you've already done this but I wanted to mention it anyway) Provide the correct physical address and, if possible, the latitude and longitude coordinates of your new location. This information assists their team in accurately updating your business's placement on their maps.
To further ensure consistency across online platforms, consider using listing management services like Yext or Moz Local. These tools can help synchronize your business information across various directories, reducing the chances of outdated information persisting. Additionally, regularly monitoring your business listings and ensuring consistency across all platforms can help maintain accurate information online.
If you need assistance with managing your online presence, design, marketing, or need Contractor Rhino's help. We do these kinds of things constantly.
Thanks! - David- DynamizeContributor 2
Thank you David, I will try your suggestions.

Please review our page. Google has removed our main phone number numerous times. We have provided all necessary documents requested. We have hired a very pricey third party that claimed they could fix it. We are going on the third month with them and it has not been fixed as of yet. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Currently, we have one of our cell phones listed on our google page instead of primary.
- ContractorRhinoContributor 5
Hey thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear that. That is really frustrating. Yeah unfortunately everything is a process with Google. We have to deal with it all of the time.
One thing I would recommend doing is looking into something like Moz local listings, (it's a software) where you can update all of your directory listings in one area. It's going to be beneficial to you overall (don't forget to make sure your business information, website, and even make sure your urls are https instead of http also.) You want the same information to be EXACT across all the directory sites. Yelp, Bing, etc.
Another thing I'd recommend is make sure your phone number is listed on your website and I don't see it on there. You have to hover over the call button in the corner to see that it's the number rather than just seeing it listed on the site itself.
(I'm sure you've done this but I have to say it just in case.) Google also has a Google Business Profile Help section where you can type in the issue and read through. I don't know what the company helping you has tried or done so I can't really give further details. I also don't know if they, or you, have posted in their Google forums. I would ask the team you're working with to lay out everything they've tried for transparency if they haven't done so yet. I also don't know if the profile was flagged for some reason but that's something to look into also.
Those would be my recommendations.
As for the rest of your profile, you're responding to reviews quickly which is fantastic! Keep that up! And great job on keeping up to date on the photos. Take photos and post for every job you do! Also if you can, post updates or even installing doors in the posts section of the profile. People love to see what you guys do before, during, and after.
If you need any help with marketing, design, or anything else, Contractor Rhino is more than happy to assist!

Hey Brandon, thanks for reaching out! The categories look great, the rating is fantastic. Great job on the 5.0 and replying to them all. That's what we like to see. Keep them photos new and up to date. Before, during, and after installs. Also be sure to take advantage of the posting feature on GBP. Any kind of promotions, videos, installs, news about the business, etc. Throw that in the posts and try to do it consistently if you can.
Overall great job! Reach out to Contractor Rhino if you need any marketing or design help. More than happy to assist!
Thanks! - David
