I'm working with a small business https://digitaltrek.ca/ essentially a one man show which I like. We are thinking about it like this, he's our fractional marketing manager. Helping me with google, seo, website, mostly all the back end voodoo that I don't know about. Right now with electrical he's getting me $5 for every 1$ I've spent. We do monthly check in's and go over the data. I'm pretty happy and pushing him to do more as well. Check him out, name is Mario.
