Anyone using automation to save time and money?
Hey everyone! I’ve been testing out some automation tools alongside Jobber to streamline my window cleaning business — things like auto-replies to leads, follow-ups for quotes, and syncing bookings with my calendar in real time.
Curious if anyone else here is using automation to simplify their operations or boost client communication? I’m working on some AI-based workflows and would love to swap ideas or even show what I’ve been building if there’s interest.
What tasks are you still doing manually that you wish could be automated?

Hi Ernie,
I'm using the automated follow up systems in place. They work. Sometimes customers get annoyed but other times, customers reach out to me and thank me for reminding them and approve quotes as a result.
The automated reviews in the marketing suite are also helpful. I don't like asking for reviews. Having this as an automated option makes it easier to ask.
I have not tried the email / marketing tools or the AI Receptionist but I've heard good things.
