  • Lisa, thanks for sharing that episode with Ryan and Rob. It hits the core problem—manual processes are the 'invisible tax' on home service owners. We’ve actually been documenting a case study where we built a stability layer on top of Jobber’s API to automate exactly what your podcasts discuss: 24-hour estimate speed and instant record auditing. We found that by fixing the tax reconciliation gaps and adding a custom 'Bento' view for field notes, teams are saving about 5-8 hours of admin work per week. Looking forward to Cory's session on the 21st! We’ve been implementing some of the AI workflows he mentions to help users hit that 30% close rate boost.

Super cool (and perfect timing) that what you’ve already been building lines up so closely with the episode. That time savings is a huge win!!

Also love that you’ve been leaning into Cory’s workflows already, too. Hope tomorrow's session sparks even more ideas around automations and AI. See you there!

  • We really love using Expense Inbox. Besides their team being EXTREMELY attentive, efficient and quick to respond this system has helped us quite a bit in our expense inputting process. It does take a few to get used to and navigate the correct verbiage for the "rules" , but again, their support team is there whenever you need and we love it so far! I have shared a link to check it out too!

Thanks for sharing! Awesome to hear how Expense Inbox has boosted your team's productivity (and your positive experience with their support team). Really appreciate you including the link too, hopefully others in the community find it just as useful :)

  • We also use Expense Inbox and have found it useful for tracking receipts related to each project to keep our profit margins accurate and on-track in real time. They have made significant improvements over the last few months and are really responsive to feedback, which is great for us! Not a big monthly investment with very meaningful returns; I highly recommend!
