I started working with Airbnb customers and moved on to lived in homes and rentals. Call realtors, they always have properties that someone has moved out of and needs care.
Door to door is great in neighborhoods but I used to work for Home Advisor and Angi, we would make 200-400 dials a day to reach 30 people a day.
Make sure to let your customers know that you are looking for more customers. If they like you, they will help you.
