Stage/Progress Payments
Sorry if this question has been asked, i couldn't see anything when searching. We are a Electrical and Solar contractor and I'm trying to find the best way to do stage or progress payment invoices on a job. For example on Solar project we like to do a 10% deposit to cover admin, permitting etc. This is easy in jobber. After that we like to do a 50% of project invoice after equipment is delivered to site then a final 40% invoice on completion. I don't see a great way to do this and and pull of the project total. Hello, wondering what others do about maintenance contracts and Jobber. we have about 350 generator maintenance contracts that we manually follow and update using excel spreadsheet. I am curious to hear which reports you consider most valuable in your business and what actions are taken based on those reports if anyone is willing to share. Are there reports that you use regularly in Jobber or reports that you wish were part of Jobber? If so how do you utilize the information that the reports provide?
