Referral programs arenāt new, but theyāre becoming a huge part of the home improvement world. Homeowners want trusted pros, and contractors want more jobsāreferrals make that happen. Why They Work People trust word-of-mouth over ads. A referral from a friend or neighbor carries weight, and when companies reward that, itās a win-win for everyone. How People Are Using Them Homeowners save money ā Discounts or perks for referring friends. Contractors grow their business ā More jobs without spending big on ads. Loyalty programs ā Earn rewards for multiple referrals. Community referrals ā Nextdoor, Facebook groups, and forums are full of trusted recommendations. Make It Work for You If you're a contractor, a solid referral program can bring in quality leads without the heavy marketing costs. Try something simpleāoffer $50 off the next project for both the referrer and the new client when they book. Itās an easy way to keep customers coming back while bringing in new ones who already trust your work. Are you currently using a referral program with your business? Anyone here use RealWork? https://www.realworklabs.com/ Direct integration with Jobber. Among other things, they promise to improve your SEO in towns where you do jobs but you are not based and for services and jobs that are outside of what you categorize yourself as under your Google My Business. They create a map widget for your jobs that pulls in details, photos, and reviews. Google supposedly likes that content and you can also use that functionality to send job examples and case studies. They quoted me $500 / month for a six month contract. Seems a bit expensive but if it does what it says it can do, seems potentially worth it.307Views1like1CommentBest way to gain more clients?
