Where Can I Find Training Videos to Help Field Crews Learn Jobber's AI Voice Notes Feature?
So I am down here in Washington State we are a Electrical contracting company. I watched the Seminar yesterday morning. And was very excited. About some of the stuff that I could already do. And some of the stuff. That will be rolling out. I was showing some of my guys. The AI button so that they could add. Notes to the jobs. But we were having trouble with the function working. Is there a video on Youtube or something that we could watch? That would help us learn how to use it better. I am trying to use this program. For all of its benefits. So I really want to learn how to use. As much of it as I can. Also, the app on the phones is a little hard to use, especially for some of my guys who are not very tech savvy. And we are just now getting in. To the tech world. Is there somewhere I can go or have the guys go? Where they can watch videos to help them learn how to use it.Syncing Jobber to Google Calendar
Are any of you time blocking people? Well I'm an aspiring time blocking person and I just learned I can have Chat GPT do it for me instead of me slaving away on google trying to get everything dialed. What I realized was my tasks in jobber would have to get synced to google manually and that's super annoying. Wait - turns out Jobber quietly solved this and I didn't realize. Force Receipt to email to same email as invoice
We have several clients with multiple contact email addresses. Jobber is emailing paid invoice receipts to whichever email is 'starred' in the communication email list. Does anyone know of a way to force the paid invoice receipt to go directly to the same email that was chosen for an emailed invoice to be paid?How do I see the total dollar value of an upcoming day?
I can't seem to find the total value of a future day in my calendar?? I feel like I am missing something small as that is important information and a lot of people would need that information. I can see the value of today, but when I click ahead to another day it only shows me the name, time and location of the call. Not the total value of the day. Can someone help me find what I am missing!One thing that would really help with the schedule!
Hey Jobber! One thing I notice almost every day when looking at my schedule, is that it automatically goes to the top of the calendar. It's obviously not an issue early in the month when that is what I want to see, but when we are in the later days, I have to scroll down to find the date/week we are in. Could you make it default to center the day or week we are in? Is it that hard to scroll down a little????What scheduling system works best for mobile service businesses covering multiple areas?
