Hi all, I own commercial/residential cleaning company. Recently I acquired a new client to clean his office/warehouse. He owns a home remodeling business. He would like to use our services to clean after his projects are complete. Which by the way is a great marketing idea on his part. I have never had this ask before and I want to be fair to both our companies in making money. Any advise from both sides of cleaning companies and home remodeling. Thank you for your time and input.
What do you use as a CRM
Jobber isn't a great CRM, it can somewhat handle the customer relationship but it is lacking stages for a sales cycle, a pipeline, salesperson metrics, drip campaigns and so forth. Have you found a CRM that integrates into jobber that offers a pipeline? Anything you use that doesn't feel like you are double paying for some of the same stuff?
