Best Jobber Automations
I just wanted to get a post going for these. They can be super powerful in your business and I feel like they don't get talked about enough sometimes. What are your best Jobber automations you have set up?? I really enjoy dashboards myself that give more custom information about my business. I like to use Airtable / Asana / Zapier. Anyone doing anything cool with this ? I'm thinking it could be used for estimating... any other neat things people are doing. Right now all I'm doing is putting some invoices from the wholesaler in chatgpt and asking it to remove the pricing and put it in a point form list for me which it's doing great. I'll also take the notes from the guys in the field and get chat gpt to make it into a nice professional point form list as well. One other thing I've done is take a CSV file report from jobber and put it into chatgpt and get it to analyze the data. Thanks !
KPI Dashboard
Does Jobber have anything in the works to show a KPI dashboard of short? Something that we can easily look at to see certain metrics important in our business. Some of these could include set goals such as booked jobs for the week, month. Some others could be close rates, total sales, etc. If not, what would be a good integration alternative?
Kits/Pricing Templates 2 part question
This is a two-part question: Are there plans to introduce kits or templates for quickly creating detailed, itemized estimates? For repeat services, it can be time-consuming to manually add multiple items on the mobile app. A template feature would allow us to add common services with one click and adjust quantities, saving time and enhancing accuracy during the first conversation with the client. Will there ever be an option where a picture of the customer’s home automatically populates once the address is input, similar to apps like Housecall Pro? This feature would provide a quick visual reference of the property, allowing for quicker and more accurate service quotes (e.g., gutter cleaning). It would also help create a great first impression by allowing us to describe the home in detail during the initial phone conversation with the customer.
Automatically upload files and text to clients profiles?
Hello, I are curious if anyone has successfully found a way to automatically upload files / text notes onto a client's profile within internal notes on Jobber. Vision - voicemail audio files are uploaded to a clients profile inside of the internal notes section; by matching the phone number to an existing client within jobber. If the number cannot be matched to an existing client, the automation stops. At the time of writing this, Zapier + Jobber allow for notes / files to be uploaded to a request but not to a client profile.
